I RefugeeWellSchool-projektet (RWS) blev den oprindelige intervention forkortet og justeret, s\u00e5 den passede til projektets tidsplan. I RWS-versionen best\u00e5r WTS af 14 sessioner, der d\u00e6kker sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l relateret til at v\u00e6re ung nytilkommen og som inkluderer \u00f8velser med fokus p\u00e5 kulturel udveksling, fort\u00e6lling (\u201dstory telling\u201d) og rollespil. Sessionerne gennemf\u00f8res af l\u00e6rerne i modtagerklasserne.&nbsp;Form\u00e5let med WTS er at forebygge psykosociale og f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssige problemer ved at bruge skolen som en platform til forbedring af den nytilkomnes trivsel ved at facilitere et forbedret forhold mellem unge og l\u00e6rere samt et forbedret socialt milj\u00f8 mellem de unge. Konkret har interventionen til form\u00e5l at hj\u00e6lpe nytilkomne med at f\u00f8le sig anerkendt af deres skole, l\u00e6rere og kammerater, g\u00f8re det lettere for dem at give og modtage social st\u00f8tte og bygge bro mellem tidligere og nuv\u00e6rende oplevelser og fremtiden p\u00e5 en positiv og meningsfuld m\u00e5de.<br><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pharos.nl\/english\/youth-health-programme\/school-programmes-for-refugee-youth-in-secondary-education\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.pharos.nl\/english\/youth-health-programme\/school-programmes-for-refugee-youth-in-secondary-education\/<\/a><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pharos.nl\/english\/youth-health-programme\/school-programmes-for-refugee-youth-in-secondary-education\/ https:\/\/refugeeswellschool.org\/intervention\/example-intervention\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.pharos.nl\/english\/youth-health-programme\/school-programmes-for-refugee-youth-in-secondary-education\/ https:\/\/refugeeswellschool.org\/intervention\/example-intervention\/\" target=\"_blank\"><br><\/a><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/refugeeswellschool.org\/intervention\/example-intervention\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/refugeeswellschool.org\/intervention\/example-intervention\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Dramaterapi i klassev\u00e6relset<\/strong><br>Classroom Drama Therapy (CDT)-programmet er en ni-tolv ugers dramaworkshop (mindst to skoletimer eller 75 minutter\/uge), hvor flygtninge- og indvandrerunge arbejder med opbygning af kollektive fort\u00e6llinger. Disse gruppeaktiviteter st\u00f8tter opbygningen af identitet og mening med det form\u00e5l at etablere broer mellem fortid og nutid og at fordybe sig i temaer som migration, udst\u00f8delse, identitet og kulturel tilpasning i v\u00e6rtssamfundene. Interventionen er baseret p\u00e5 Boals forum og Foxs playback-teater og er udviklet p\u00e5 McGill Universitet. Interventionen er rettet mod flygtninge- og indvandrerunges trivsel samt kvaliteten af relationer i klassev\u00e6relset og udf\u00f8res af et eksternt kreativt terapeutisk team i skolekonteksten. Det kreative-terapeutiske team arbejder t\u00e6t sammen med klassel\u00e6reren\/-l\u00e6rerne, som er tilt\u00e6nkt at v\u00e6re til stede hele tiden under interventionen.<br><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/refugeeswellschool.org\/intervention\/classroom-drama-intervention\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/refugeeswellschool.org\/intervention\/classroom-drama-intervention\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Peer Integration and Enhancement Resource (PIER)<\/strong><br>Den 8-ugers Peer Integration and Enhancement Resource (PIER) intervention har til form\u00e5l at forbedre samspil mellem unge fra v\u00e6rtssamfundet og indvandrer- og flygtningeunge p\u00e5 skolerne. Den direkte m\u00e5lgruppe for interventionen er s\u00e5ledes elever i almindelige klasser med b\u00e5de flygtninge- og indvandrerbaggrund samt majoritetsbaggrund. Interventionen fokuserer specifikt p\u00e5 skoler, hvor majoritetseleverne udg\u00f8r flertallet. PIER-interventionen har til form\u00e5l at fremme forst\u00e5elsen af asylans\u00f8geres og flygtninges erfaringer. Den styrker tilh\u00f8rsforhold til skolen, fremmer dialogen mellem minoritets- og majoritetsgrupper og udvikler en deltagende tilgang til at st\u00f8tte trygge, positive elevinteraktioner og sociale relationer i skoler ved at gruppere elever med forskellig baggrund i sm\u00e5 samarbejdsgrupper, der arbejder sammen om at etablere socialt sammenhold i skolekonteksten.<br><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/refugeeswellschool.org\/intervention\/pier-intervention\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/refugeeswellschool.org\/intervention\/pier-intervention\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong><strong>Efteruddannelse af l\u00e6rere (INSETT)<\/strong><\/strong><br>INSETT har til form\u00e5l at styrke l\u00e6reres kompetence og self-efficacy p\u00e5 tre omr\u00e5der: (1) Fremme af flygtninge\/indvandrerelevers mentale sundhed og psykosociale trivsel. (2) Fremme af positive interetniske relationer og styrkelse af tilh\u00f8rsforhold p\u00e5 skolen; (3) Fremme af st\u00f8ttende forhold med for\u00e6ldre, omsorgspersoner og\/eller v\u00e6rger for at fremme skoleinddragelse. In-Service Teacher Training (INSETT) er s\u00e5ledes rettet mod l\u00e6rere og vejledere, der arbejder med flygtninge- og indvandrerelever. Form\u00e5let er at \u00f8ge l\u00e6rernes viden om, hvordan flygtninge- og migrationsoplevelser kan p\u00e5virke unges psykosociale trivsel og skolefunktion ved genbos\u00e6tning i et nyt land, og hvordan skoler og l\u00e6rere bedre kan im\u00f8dekomme disse elevers s\u00e6rlige udfordringer. INSETT-tr\u00e6ningsprogrammet l\u00f8ber over en periode p\u00e5 10-12 uger. Den best\u00e5r af tre indbyrdes forbundne kursusmoduler, dvs. to kollektive l\u00e6ringsmoduler (heldagsseminarer) og, imellem de to, et online tr\u00e6ningsmodul, som f\u00e6rdigg\u00f8res individuelt af de deltagende l\u00e6rere. Online tr\u00e6ningsmodulet best\u00e5r af otte tematiske sektioner med videocases, interaktive opgaver og informationsmateriale (&#8220;Providing support to refugee youth\u201d udviklet og hostet af Augeo Foundation).<br><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/refugeeswellschool.org\/intervention\/intervention-test\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/refugeeswellschool.org\/intervention\/intervention-test\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Undervisning i restitutionsteknikker (TRT<\/strong>)<\/strong><br>Teaching Recovery Techniques (TRT) er en intervention fra Children and War Foundation (CAW) (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.childrenandwar.org\/\">https:\/\/www.childrenandwar.org<\/a>). TRT er baseret p\u00e5 kognitive adf\u00e6rdsterapielementer og sigter mod at reducere symptomer p\u00e5 posttraumatisk stresslidelse (PTSD), \u00f8ge modstandsdygtigheden, forbedre f\u00f8lelsen af tryghed og tr\u00e6ne effektive coping-strategier. Deltagerne f\u00e5r praktiske teknikker til at h\u00e5ndtere traumatiske minder, fysiske og adf\u00e6rdsm\u00e6ssige p\u00e5virkninger\/episoder (arousals) og frygt. Behandlingselementer omfatter psykoedukation p\u00e5 legende m\u00e5der, normalisering af reaktioner p\u00e5 traumatiske minder, arbejde med mareridt, skalering af angst samt undg\u00e5elsesadf\u00e6rd og tvangstanker og f\u00f8lelser. Elever, der scorer h\u00f8jt p\u00e5 et PTSD-vurderingsv\u00e6rkt\u00f8j (dvs. vurderes til at v\u00e6re i risiko for PTSD), inviteres til at deltage i interventionen. Vurderingsv\u00e6rkt\u00f8jet bruges af skolesundhedspersonale og findes p\u00e5 CAW-hjemmesiden. TRT-interventionen i gruppeformat best\u00e5r af syv sessioner for unge og to for deres omsorgspersoner. De unges sessioner varer 90-120 minutter inklusive tr\u00e6ningsteknikker, \u00f8velse og lektier. TRT-h\u00e5ndbogen giver en r\u00e6kke v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer, teknikker og procedurer til hver session, der skal arbejdes med i gruppen for at n\u00e5 behandlingsm\u00e5lene. TRT facilitatorer er skolesundhedspersonale eller eksterne professionelle (psykolog, r\u00e5dgiver, sundhedsplejerske, speciall\u00e6rer) med erfaringer med gruppearbejde.
