Recently, Emma Soye successfully defended her PhD at the University of Sussex, guided by her promotor Prof. dr. Charles Watters. Her PhD, entitled « Difference and encounter: Psychosocial support and secondary education for young migrants and refugees in the UK« , draws on the work Emma did within RefugeesWellSchool, but also critically looks at ‘integrationist’ framework RWS has been using.
